Felina Sicily is a network with the purpose to improve the situation of feral cats in Sicily. We are a NGO with just volunteers, who work in their free time and without any payment. Our network consists of private persons, members of national animal welfare NGOs and local animal welfare NGOs. Some members live in Sicily, some do not. We do not offer paid working possibilities in animal welfare. Donations will be 100 % used for neutering and veterinary care of colony cats and emergency cases of feral cats.
We are looking for sponsorships to promote advertisement of our neutering campaigns.
Veterinarians, who we work with, should advertise the neutering of pets and feral cats in their clinics. Furthermore, they offer Spay Days when cheap neutering for ferals and pets is executed.
Moreover, we support the compliance of Italian legislation concerning animal welfare and request communities to cover their duty to neuter feral cat colonies.
